Every tree starts small. Sometimes it needs help—rain to stretch its roots, sun to reach upward.
And sometimes, it just needs a little luck—not to get cut down, not to be broken by the storm. But when it finally grows tall, it offers shade to strangers who never planted it.
I notice with trees.
Specfically magnolia trees—often outlive the hands that first set them in the ground.
I hope this project outgrows me.
I hope I get to show it to my future kids one day.
I hope it helps small businesses grow in their own way,
Offers shade when life gets too hard. Most of all,
I hope my future kids are proud of what I’m building today.
